Technical Support Officer / Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support services to customers including fault reporting, troubleshooting, smarthand services and site administration
• Monitor the data centre facilities and network infrastructure
• Assist Engineers on system / network implementation and maintenance works

Requirements:

• Diploma holders in computer related disciplines
• At least 2 year's working experience in data centre operation or technical support
• Experience of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
• Knowledge of networking equipment such as routers and switches
• Self-initiative and well-equipped to expose to the recent networking and internet technologies
• Good communication skills and good command in English and Chinese; Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
• Shift duty is required

*Candidates with less experience and fresh graduate will be considered as Technical Support Assistant
