Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Be a hunter role to drive new business from new customers
• Proactively identify sales opportunities from the market of different segments to drive new revenue from new customers
• Formulate sales strategies to enrich sales pipelines, enhance competitive edges and boost up sales performance and profitability
• Build effective relationships with senior executives, key decision makers, influencers and technical experts across the customer organization
• Develop clear understanding of customer environments and business drive to formulate winning sales strategies
• Facilitate customer contract negotiation
• Identify competitors' activities within the market and recommend competitive tactics and strategies to maximize the winning chances
• Manage assigned major existing accounts to optimize the business opportunities
• Build and strengthen relationships with business partners to sustain and enlarge ongoing business growth
• Occasional travel is required

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology related disciplines
• Sound knowledge with sales experience in Data Centre, IT or telecom services id preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with good track record in solutions selling
• Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Aggressive, result-oriented with business acumen
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
