Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle cabling order and renewal
• Provide post-sales support, including customer hotline and order implementation
• Provide site tour facilitation
 
 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration discipline
• Minimum 2 years customer service or technical support experience in Information Technology or Telecommunications or Data Centre
• Familiar with computer hardware, computer backup tape and Internet service operations
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and service attitude
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
